Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nuwave Hardware, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Cancellation requests must be made via email or phone.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
2. Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
Customers must notify us within a reasonable time of delivery with proof (images/videos).
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
3. Refund Process
Once the return is approved, refunds will be initiated.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, in accordance with standard Razorpay/banking timelines.
