Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nuwave Hardware, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email or phone.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • Customers must notify us within a reasonable time of delivery with proof (images/videos).

  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be initiated.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, in accordance with standard Razorpay/banking timelines.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that are not damaged or defective

  • Used or altered items

  • Bulk or customised B2B orders (if applicable)
